Jarvis conversation terms

Scope and acceptance

These terms apply only to Jarvis voice and text conversations. By checking the consent box, you confirm you are 18 or older and have reached local adulthood, and accept this agreement with GLAMMBOX. Ordinary website browsing remains separate.

AI and conversation records

Jarvis is an AI assistant. ElevenLabs records your audio and conversation transcript; Google Gemini processes the conversation to generate replies. No automatic deletion period is currently configured. Completed transcripts are collected privately for follow-up, normally every 15 minutes; delays are possible. Ending a conversation does not confirm receipt, reading or a reply.

GLAMMBOX keeps its private follow-up copy while needed to respond and maintain a useful conversation record. Provider recordings and the GLAMMBOX copy are separate records. Do not share sensitive personal information.

Use and provider rights

Use Jarvis for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree to the applicable restrictions, obligations and prohibitions in the linked ElevenLabs Terms of Service, ElevenAgents Terms, Prohibited Use Policy and Google Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy, incorporated into this agreement. Do not send financial identifiers, government IDs or sensitive health information. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice.

Independent services

GLAMMBOX does not represent ElevenLabs and is not its partner or joint-venture participant. ElevenLabs is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement. You give ElevenLabs, its affiliates and subcontractors nonexclusive permission to process and use your data to provide and support the service.
