This is your self-hosted AI cockpit. You set its lock, provider accounts, network policy, and names. Cloud rooms still process requests under their providers' terms; the optional local room stays on your hardware.

Claude is required — it's the spine. Open a terminal, run claude, and sign in once. The rest are optional: connect now or skip and add them later.
Paste-a-key ones save to secrets/ on this PC only (locked down, never shared). Claude/Codex sign in through their own apps.
The Specialist is a domain expert that answers mostly from your private brain. Pick its focus — you can fill in the details now or later in Settings.
To open the cockpit on your phone, put this PC and your phone on the same private network with Tailscale (free):

🔒 Saved in secrets/ (0600, gitignored). Requests are sent to the provider endpoint you configure.
Codex GPT-5.5 is the default. Others always use their latest. Sonnet/Opus are native; Haiku routes via your Anthropic key.
